- I received this product in exchange for my unbiased and honest review. Although, all opinions in this post are my own! These soft gels are made with 100% extra virgin coconut oil. Coconut oil is awesome to promote hair growth and give glowing skin- which are the main reasons I take it. I would rather take a pill than have to pour coconut oil all over my scalp and face. These soft gels can help boost energy levels and enhance performance athletically. These don't include any flavors or preservatives, which is what I look for in products. For those of you out there that have strict diets - these are gluten, dairy, wheat, and soy free! I loved this product. I would rate it a 5 out of 5
