I received this product in exchange for unbiased review. All opinions in this post are own. These insole inserts are super comfy and can be used for everyday wear. I walk around a lot everyday constantly and need to make sure I don't hurt or injure anything else more. There is venitaltion holes for those people out there that have stinky feet as well as a swear guard for controlling sweat. This product is awesome for me because it provides support for high arches. I enjoyed this product and still continue to enjoy it in my sneakers!
