I received this product in exchange for my unbiased and honest review. All opinions in this post are my own! I stay active and I'm always tearing different muscles, making them stronger and toned! Although I love the results, I don't love the soreness that comes with it. I love Kinesiology tape, its basically my best friend so trying different brands has been almost like a second language to me and I can tell you that I've tried some brands that felt like I've put a few band aids around the area. I can say with confidence that is has been one of my favorites that I've tried and it gets the job done. Not to mention it's light blue- very cute compared to the beige band-aid tape looking ones I've tried out. Besides being a nice color, this product does really promote fast healing, bring relief to overused and sore muscles as well as helping increase performance also!
